Question about CPA Payments.

Hello once again, and thank you all for those priceless information that I gained through bhw forum.

Here's my question.
I've made my first website that provides some downloads to the public. If anyone wants to download something, has to make a survey to unlock the file. The classic case of a beginner trying to make money from CPA Leads.
I am a non US resident and have an account at *******
I've noticed that in order to get payment from them I need to provide to them a w-8 online tax form or else they cannot pay me.
I've also noticed that the percentage that is kept from my profits is about 30% (taxes) which I think is tragic.

Has anyone have any experience with ******* and if yes I would really need help on how to set this up, or probably on moving to another affiliate network.

What do you mean? You can't escape from paying taxes...
If you don't feel comfortable sending them the form, just join a network that's located outside USA.

I don't want to escape from paying taxes. But I think that 30% is a huge percentage. I'm just very new to this world and I am just wondering if this is normal?

I'm based in the US, but I've never heard of a network holding back a % of money for taxes. I'll have to look into it, but that doesn't sound right.
