simple question on cpa marketing, I heard that there are refusals to have platforms like cpagrip and cpalead, what should I do specifically to be accepted?

Just have a good thought out strategy in place about how you will buy traffic from propeller adds and idk direct to your funnel.

there really are many cpa networks at the moment, I recommend you try to register on the most popular ones. I'm sure someone will accept you...and you start with that network. And once you have experience and already have some statistics that you can show to the next networks, you will be accepted much easier.
