Question about CPA fake files, illegal?

Hi, If I make lets say 1000$ a month with content locking using fake files, is that illeagal? Can I get in trouble with doing that, beacuse Im kind of scamming people then.

So that is illegal but, very very little chance to get trouble with doing that?

it would be even "more" illegal if you would provide them a keygen.. so your good ^^

You are providing a fake file that isn't going to be illegal.
