So theres a item on etsy i want to sell thats like a template that i can easily remake and alter my version of it and sell it. The seller notes they have copyrighted it and trademarked it and etc. Would i get caught for copyrighting if i made something about the same with alterations? i wasn't going to sell it on etsy i was just going to sell it on my own website.
