Question about copyright

I was thinking to start youtube with voice over and stock videos ..
My question is : if i dont buy the content and i copy from other websites and i do with voice over and photos is any change that i get copyright issue from this webistes when i will get the content ??

yes you can receive copyright strike but its a small percentage.
just start and see what other do.

I have seen other do this types of videos a lot but im not sure they create/buy the contet or they take from websites
