Question about copyright of courses on Lynda.com

Hi, I want to public some of courses bought on Lynda.com and I need to know how is it with copyright (we can say i have course completely written in text - mean no video including or sounds. And I want to give it for free download on my personal website). Is the autor still owner of the content from course, or is it me, who owns that stuff? I bought these courses.

If it is not mine, where is the possibility to public that stuff?
May I write to author of the course and ask him for the rights?

and you did not buy their full course rights just the license to use it personally
their license does not allow you to redistribute or sell their material
only personal use

You don't have the rights. You are not supposed to publish it. However, you can write something up with your own words based on the course and publish it on your site. No biggie. Good luck!
