Question about contenlocker

Hi All, I have a question

I plan to use contenlocker to lock per page on my site but I see contenlocker show up after whole content of page load finished so I wonder if visitor just click X button beside adress bar(it's is refresh button when whole page load finished) after whole content show up and them don't need to do offer.

Any suggest.Appreciate that.
