question about contacting big insta pages

sorry if this is in the wrong place but i have a question about contacting big insta pages for advertising on their page. sometimes pages will have a specific email or something to contact them but a lot of them don't. is there some sort of standard way to contact pages for ads? i dm them but they must get thousands of dms all the time, how do advertisers cut through all the noise??
