So i've been looking and digging into seeing where my competitors are getting there links from and they are all PNB's my question is would they have added all the content on the dates mentioned i.e some posts go back to Aug 2012 or would they have just tweaked this via Wordpress published date?
On the older posts the posts look genuine but if you look at the more recent posts they are basically full of spam, but they are ranking high! I know they may not rank high long term, but they have been ranked now for a few months and within this niche that equals some serious $$ so I want to replicate this myself.
From just looking at ahrefs, i can see at least 4-5 PNBs linking and giving them serious link juice and MajesticSEO shows the homepage of some there PNB to have over 500k external backlinks!
If I were to replicate this:
1) Would it be possible as I mentioned about the dates of posts and if that was the case it would take a few years
2) Have they just bought a good PR site kind of similar to our niche drip fed content then just, scrapeboxed, SENuke the rest to have so many backlinks?
3) If this was you in a niche which you could easily rank in what steps would you take? As it is a popular niche, but this guy is dictating it by taking majority of page 1 with different sites.
