    Hi there people

For those who are heavy into clickbank promotions, can you tell me if gravity reflects sales made by affiliates only or will it also include sales made without affiliates.

I am looking at a product with very little gravity but the vendor seems to be ranking first for all his keywords.

I want to promote the product but want to know if the low gravity includes his vendor sales or not. Before, they use to have this statistic called % referred but it looks like they don't have it anymore and it is hard to tell how many affiliates are promoting it.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks
    Ramsweb

Lets say one affiliate and the vendor is promoting this one product. Does it make any difference to you if the gravity is 1 or 2?

Can you disclose the vendor? I might be able to look up some internal statistics for you :)

gravity is only sales made by affiliates. If you as a vendor make a sale on your own, it doesn't affect/change your gravity

and some vendors use (different / own) affiliate accounts to sell their products and keep %referred statistics high
