Does Cleanfiles.net allow uploading adult material? I searched forum and couldn't find answer and I also need 15 posts

No it Doesn't, you can uPload .txt file containing the link to the adult Material though

I think you'll find it does mate, if you check the forums this question has been asked plenty of times. As long has he doesn't upload the material to CF then there won't be a problem.
