Are CL posts only used for CPA campaigns? Or can they be used to drive traffic to a website to try and gain an audience?

Sure, by all means. The greatest thing about craigslist is you have the opportunity to contact/be seen by very targeted traffic.

CL has several discussion forums for each city, and "gaming" is one of them, so there's traffic potential. I wouldn't just show up and announce your site, though.

awesome, I have thought about getting into CL but havent known if it was worth my effort, I'll guess I should check it out a little.
