How far do ebay/paypal go with chargebacks? for example if a seller was to accept a payment and then transfer it to another paypal account then a chargeback was made against the original account would it recoup the funds from the second account!! Did that make any sense???

Your wrong and right...
If you transfer the money IN TIME before any type of chargeback is initiated..then your other account will have that money in there.. If they chargeback is initiated during the transfer process, then yes it will be reverted..
If there is no money in the paypal account that is getting chargebacked, then they will debit your account into the negative.....or they will reach right into the bank account on file and take the money for themselves..

what craigslistguy has said is true, but they have been known to take the money out of the account you transfered it too if the two accounts are using the same IP. So best using different ip's for each

they can really just do as they wish, so if there was a chargeback they will get the money back from any account they can, any you have history with would be the first place they would go
