Question about buying

How do I make sure when buying a fb I don't get ripped off? I'm just getting into this and about to buy a page for a good amount of money. I don't want to send the money and then not get the page or something. What is the safest way to do the transfer?

Anyone? How should the transfer be made so that the seller doesn't think they're going to get scammed, while still making sure I don't lose my money?

Maybe talk with the seller on skype. Make his pictures and take his personal info. Or take a photo with his ID card.
