Question about buying this old domain

Hi everyone,
I am in process of buying one old domain that looks good to me because it has good name, good PR(PR2), good age(4 yrs old) and good citation and trust flow(10+) but the main problem is I am seeing majestic seo showing it has 1 redirect.

Now my question is: It is good to buy this domain which have 1 redirect. Most probably it is looks like 301 redirect>

Checkout the PR of 301 domain, if it has same PR then do not buy it.

Well I check it is Pr3 but the site I am looking is Pr2.

Another thing is when I am putting site in redirect checker it is showing direct link with no redirect.

Can someone help me understand what is mean by "This flag is set if the source backlink redirected (using HTTP response codes 301, 302 or META Refresh based redirect) to the target."

Where do you view the pr and redirect for old domain ?
Have any web to check this online ?
