Hello, I have a question about referral systems, I once knew that I can provide a referral link and "pay for referrals" like does anyone know a website that provides this service?

I have a zealy link and want pay for invites to climb the leaderboard.

How does the filtering system work? Can they FAKE referrals?

I´m not sure if they are fake or not.

the problem is that purchased referrals are not active

Exactly. If not fake, then high chance they are not even the target audience/buyer.
