Question About Buying Links from Domains with Same Whois Email

Can anyone with experience give an opinion on this?

I have an opportunity to purchase bulk links from 20 sites (each link will be unique) but my concern is that about 15 of the sites have the same whois email, and similar (not exactly the same but similar) other whois details, like address.

Is this even worth it?
