Question about Buying IG account

If you don't have the original e-mail that the account was set up with, that instagram isn't really yours. He can e-mail Instagram and say that it was hacked/stolen.

Even if you get the original e-mail, what stops the seller from contacting the e-mail provider and telling them he was hacked? Then doing the same to Instagram? I think the best way to be sure it's safe is probably the "legal" way.

Google would never take the time out their day to do this for free email accounts.

Especially since they are linked to phone numbers/emails. Not to mention IP, if I log into my email from work computer that will be a red flag and it has been.

Also, it kills me, you talk about 'legal' methods when your whole business is about circumventing a social media's TOS.

Not sure what you're trying to say here to be honest. I just made a valid point about selling/buying accounts that people should keep in mind. Are you trying to say that if you get the original e-mail, it's impossible for the previous owner to recover his account?

How did you report it? can you PM me the email or the link to report it?
I got an account stolen some weeks ago. I am trying to report it, but cannot find the way to do it through their website or app

Well if u own the original email used for creation you can always take the account back. This statement is valid as of now , not sure about future

As you said, I have the webpage link bookmarked and now it redirects to a different page. However, I've tried to recover and account since May without success. I've tried it from the official app for android, different apps (Instwogram, OGInsta, etc.), from my mobile, with different android emulators, but it always leads me to a page of the help center that is useless
