It's okay, but you need to change your IP address to your country's IP address and it should be fine.
you can use usa accounts in europe but you gotta warm the location change slowly. switch to your eu proxy first, browse normally for a few days, update your city on the profile, join some local groups, then start posting on marketplace. if you just buy it and immediately list stuff in a different country fb will flag it fast. or just save yourself the headache and buy local accounts from the start, way less drama.
