Hello , i am willing to buy a Canadian personal ebay account for about 30$ , i want to use it in dropshipping , i will buy just the acc without paypal . Can i link my paypal to this acc ?

You can definitely unlink your old paypal account and link a new one and you can also have the same paypal account linked to multiple ebay accounts so I don't see any issue

Are you sure that a paypal account can be linked to multiple ebay accounts without problems?

If you link a Paypal account to multiple ebay accounts, once one account get suspended all others will go down

I think its a stealth account and you can not drop ship or sell branded products on new accounts
