Question about BULK Video Editing

So I have a 1,000s short-form videos I plan to schedule posting for the next 100-200 days (5-10 stories per day)

But I want to add a outro logo animation to each. Are there any existing programs that can do this automatically without having to edit each video 1 by 1?

there are free tools available for that. It just might consume a lot of your RAM

Can you give an example tool? That's fine, I just need to know what to use or where to look. I can't seem to find any YT video on it either
