Hey,

I have a question.

Currently we sale around 30+ items a day through amazon and ebay. We also sale to local garages, part stores, and so forth.

We have around 100k products to choose from our distributors and have the ability to move around 7k items from the east to west coast within two days on around 200 product lines.

Currently our software that we use only provides invoices for local stores that we sale to.

We want to start bulk uploading to ebay/amazon and would like to start using shopify. I have not been able to figure out how to post 100,000 items online or to have a real inventory management system that pulls directly from my suppliers.

I was wondering in what direction should I shoot for in terms of moving items and so forth. I have currently around 400 items listed online at the moment and would love to expand.

Any pointers on where I should go to find options for bulk uploading or to market these skus in a faster fashion. I can upload all day, but haven't found a good source for automation.

I have my shipping with fedex and shipping easy at the moment.

Thank you

You'd have to go with a custom software

That would be fine, recommend anyone for bot creation or a company that has this type of software available?

Thank you

Post a HAF thread and I'll respond or go to the BST section - only thing that I can say given the forum rules

There are some inventory management softwares that manage listings and inventory.

You can search on google.

Agreed, the inventory management softwares that I'm aware of aren't designed for your specific upload purpose. I'd either pay someone to do the job, or hire someone to design custom software for it

Magento might be worth looking at. You can build huge ecom stores, auto sync with eBay, amazon, in house systems, I’m pretty sure you can also bulk import and further more you can create custom additions to magento as well.

I have tried many times with magento, I couldn't ever get the api to work. I couldn't ever pull my inventory in real time. I gave up after paying over 1200 for the job. Each one of my distributors use a different system which complicates this even more.
