Question About BST Section

There are some services in the SERVICES FOR SALE that have the "please read" status.

Do they have that because they are proven to be awesome?

Some are owned by mods and some are owned by non-mods which made me think what is up with the difference.

Those are featured threads, i think you have to pay extra fees to be listed there.
 
It's funny that I usually don't even pay much attention to them compared to the other threads.
 
They pay a bit more to get listed up there. But usually they are pretty good/getting a lot of sales if they are paying to get up there
 
i think the way of please read need to be changed a little bit. Because download and seo star didn't put attention to them. and believe or not, i don't see it too. My reason is those please read doesn't look like a BST thread.

I agree. I looked at it again and realized that I have been actually disregarding the PLEASE THREAD threads because I was thinking they were FAQS and Policies.
 
Really? $280? To think that most of us (or some of us) do not even pay attention to them. Hmmm.
