I don't think you will get a good answer to your question. It's not the software that will get you backlinks, it's entirely up to you. Depends on how much work you put into it. The software comes with video tutorials and a help guide so it would be better if you first learn how to use it then decide how much time you will spend using it.

Depends how much you use it and how you use it.

If you use it non stop maybe thousands a day, if not less.
