Question about blogs

Hey, I'm new here but i've got a question.

How do you generate traffic to a blog? I made a blog using blogger. I've got adsense on it, so I want to generate some traffic.

Is it possible on blogs or does it just come naturally?

step 3) link exchange with similar niche blogs/websites
