Okay so im a complete noob, i've been just browsing BHW for like 5 months and i decided to start out a blog for android news and apps. i got a blogger set up a theme and today i bought a domain for the blog. the thing is i don't know where to go from here like driving in traffic or on what my first blog post should be. i also have an adscend media account also. if anyone can give me help or some tips that would be great!

Creating blog is a long long long work.
The traffic : You can either buy targeted traffic, through adwords, banners, facebook etc... or grow it naturally (this involves SEO work)
Create a twitter account and a facebook page for your blog, link them up, post everyday, unique contents, and you should be ranked in google, one day.

Well your blog post should be an interesting topic that would capture peoples attention and some what controversial, something like why is android better than ios.Now the biggest part is bringing the traffic to your blog, get a social bookmarking gig from fiverr and post your blog in all major forums and websites.And for monetizing i think it would be best if you have infolinks and chitika ads for now, after your blog starts recieving some decent traffic you can apply to adsense and earn more.And i think adscend media account is useless for you now, maybe after you start getting some decent targeted traffic, you can use the offers as banners in your blog to make money from them.

Glad you took action. The easiest way is to get traffic from social media, open up account on every social network you know, gain more followers drive them to your blog. Have a search in this forum how to get more fanpage likes, twitter followers, +1, etc. You can find very good threads explains how to do best.

Well dont stop with that create a facebook page, google plus page and pinterest page.And dont forget to bookmark your post with stumbleupon,digg and reddit, i get atleast 100 visitor daily just by bookmarking my sites in those sites
can reddit, stumbleupon and digg really increase your traffic?
