Hello-

1) Does manual high PR blog commenting still work post Penguin 2.1?
2) If so, does it provide good link juice?
3) Should I direct the links to my money site?

sure they still work. Provided only comment on ones which are moderated and not ones which can be spammed by any strabger.

Yep they are definitely useful. A lot of my competitors have at least one or two backlinks that are blog comments in their top 50-100 backlinks

I still would not direct it to my money site directly so.
