Depending what do you want to rank in serps ? Your main site or a inner page of your site ?

Okey should I scrape my own targeted lists (then the links will come from sites included same niche as me) or should I just download an AA list of 10000 blogs and use it ?

Downloading a publicly shared list will contain blogs that have been spammed to death (some with over 10,000 comments). Better to scrape your own or purchase a pre-made list from a semi-private list provider.
