Question About BL from WEB 2.0

Is it true that to get the best juice from these links (blogger,zimbio,wordpress.com,etc) you have to make different accounts and have different ip's ?

Currently im using Magic Submitter,and ive created a profile for one website im trying to rank.So i made accounts for most of the services in MS.

Im posting spinned articles and stuff every day,should i create new accounts each day ?

I find that creating web 2.0 with more of unique content and higher quality offers better link juice, index rate. Spamming spun articles without images/videos won't do much. It's best to do them manually, offer some diversity in the modules and you'll see better results.

Yes. You don't gain the much from having a lot of links from the same blog with the same IP. Go wide and diverse your backlinks.
