Question about Bing Ads + Google Keyword Planner

Hi
I found in this forum the most of people who use Bing Ads PPC to promote CB products suggest Google Keyword Planner as a source to search keywords ! Actuelly i find that is weird because it's not the same thing ! The average monthly search for a keyword in Bing is NOT the same in Google. Also the bid is not the same. I found in GKP some keyword that have an average monthly searchs of 48k but in Bing there is just 150 monthly searchs for the same keyword.

So ! any explaination ??

Best to use google Adwords as most searches are on google SE. You can complement with Bing but start with Google first.

i know that the most searchs are on google SE. But peoples that i target with Bing Ads do not use google SE but use Bing SE to make searchs ! so there is no link between the two SE !
 
I found that weird as well and honestly want to know that too.

Because Google Keyword Planner is for AdWords not Bing -_- ?
