Hello guys,
I applied to bing webmaster tools 6 days ago and I'm not received a coupon yet. Is it take time? Or the service is stopped?

Guys anyone try and not received the coupon too?
 
I recently created a new Bing Webmaster Tools account, added a website, and received the BingAds coupon 3 days later (I double checked my email)

Yes, they no longer send coupons to free websites, that's why.
