Question about Ban - Sell via PM

Sorry for a noob. We can't sell via DM..
But its OK if someone (pretending to be a seller) provide Telegram, discord, email or some other channel for a contact.

And... That person (prospect buyer) reply the seller on that channel.

Is it breaching the ToS of BHW?

As a normal regular member, you can not sell in any way.

Selling outside the marketplace is not allowed, even for upgraded members.
You can upgrade your account, open a sale thread.
The only other way for an upgraded member is applying for jobs posted on want to buy or hire a freelancer sub-forum.
You can't send unsolicited messages giving your contact details.

Consider this simplified analogy: you can't just go setting up a lemonade stand in a shopping mall. you will be required to rent a space and obtain approval from the mall management to avoid being confronted by the law, or possibly Thor wielding his lightning hammer on you i hope i have answered your question.

You need to bleed non Yellow ideally blue to be able to sell or even promote your products, services, skills.
In short you need to be a paid member.

That's thoughtful. Thanks. Understood the concept. I am glad I did not start putting my contact info. I just saw a member banned by selling via PM. That's why I made it quick to ask here.

NO. If you see yellow/normal members report them, as they can not sell here at all. Upgrade your account and you can sell in the Marketplace and answer to HAF and WTB theads.
