Question about backlinks

    Hi, I've started to promote my site few months ago by posting and submitting backlinks of my main page and I got some really good results but only on my main page, i mean when I'm searching keyword I'm not getting the in-page with the keyword, I'm getting only the main page.. do i need to posting with my other pages so i could see them on google results?

    You need backlinks pointing to your inner pages as well. If you want to rank for certain keywords on specific pages you must have backlinks pointing to the page you want to rank a keyword for. Also make sure you are using proper anchor text percent and have diverse link building.

    My response really depends on the niche, competition, and amount of KW combinations in the niche. With that said you can rank without any inner links. A majority of my traffic comes to my second and third tier pages without any links going to them. This is because I have good quality links going to my main page and my sub pages are optimized for long tail keywords. I've done this on a number of sites. You need to understand your niche, what your customers are searching, and what your competitors are doing to capture that long tail.
