Hello ,

I want to know if its oke actually for the backlinks to be in the same niche but different in language?

for example : Guest Post , Forum , PBN , Comment ...

Normally 100% fine
The only time I've seen weak backlinks from other languages is if the language requires a different character set. So that's worth bearing in mind.

I would prefer Getting backlinks from the same language.make sure you are doing it in a proper way or else Google might consider it as Spam. All the best!
