Question about backlink.

Hello.
I open my new site 1 week ago.
Now i intent to buy some quest post and PBN link. This is tie 1 link.
Affter that i use automatic backlinks software like GSA rankerx to send a ton link for tie 2.
The question here is.
If it works, then the page where I posted the questpost and PBN link is affected by spam link tie 2?
I fear that if I do so, the sites in the 1st tie will be badly affected.
Sory because my English is bad, it not my mother language.

Yes they will be badly affected and you should not blast utter shit links that do absolutely nothing (like the GSA), to your PBN properties or other quality tier 1 links. Also, if you would spam my website with your guest post on it, I would cut your hands off and feed them to my cats.

But to many people sell quest post or PBN link. I pay and i do what i want to do. That right bro?
And can you help me know, how to build good link for tie 2?

I do not build any. Build tier 1 links that don't suck instead.
 
While you are planning to build backlinks with GSA tool, tier 3 is the best one. I mean to use this tool for tier 3 and so on is the best choice.
 
Too young to buy PBN post, just my thinking.
 
For good tier twos buy some expired web 2.0s invest some time to make them look as good as money sites with good content and schedule like 15-20 posts . In one of the posts write an article about your tier 1 link . @Nargil supplies expired web 2.0s I have bought from him before and they were good .
 
It would depend entirely on the quality of your link list that you have loaded onto your GSA - a good one, and a properly vetted one, with a high amount of contextual links, would instead, flow good link juice to your PBN at the end of the process.
Otherwise, just with a high amount of contextual links alone, that would allow you to get the PBN links indexed on the search engine, and it stays indexed longer as well, due to the nature of the links.
A bad link list would yield no result instead, thus, the secret lies within the link list.
 
I am using rankerx link building tool, I've got a lot of PBNs that got 2000–3000 links from Tier 2. Even, Keyword(PBNs) got faster rankings on page 1 more than Main Keywords (Money Site)

So, PBNs will not be affected by spam link Tier 2
