Question about automated engines

I've seen multiple websites using apparently common software such as MyBB, TinyIB, etc that seem to be completely automated. These sites usually have only 1 user posting and it looks like the posts are scheduled, the niche is too black so I won't post any mentions of where I found this but does anyone happen to know what software they're using for this?

Could be something like Xrumer or GSA Search Engine Ranker

There is also ZennoPoster and BAS in which you can make templates for registration, posting and other scripted actions.
