Question about AskMeBot

I plan to subscribe to AskMeBot. Anyone any experience about the solving rate?

I signed up, paid the $5, but didn't get any email from them - no password, no API key, nothing. I tried to reset my password, but get a WP error that mail() isn't implemented properly. Raised a support ticket which also went un-answered.

Avoid askmebot.com is my advice and save your $5!

Ive been with them from the start and havent had a bit of trouble, and the solve rate is great. But thats just my experience , I have heard of others having issues.
