If it can help it is an information site in a fairly competitive evergreen niche.

If the information is updating, or if you have a lot of keywords to write about, then you should update it as much as possible. If you already have enough information written but want to keep the website relevant for crawlers, once a week is enough. Of course, I usually stay somewhere in the middle, with websites I am really interested in getting new articles every two to three days

there's no "recommended minimum". Post as many, or as few as you'd like, but the secret is to be consistent. If you post 10 articles this week, then never touch the month for 1-2 months and then you post 50 more articles in one week/day and never touch the site again for 6 months... well, this will get you nowhere 
Better to just post 1-2 articles this week (1 per day is even better if you can afford it) and stick to this routine for 10 years straight without interruption.

Generally, for SEO purposes, there are 3 general types
- Resource (longer content and deeper research which focus on more competitive keywords) (include "money" or conversion content like reviews)
- List / How to / Inspirational content
- Quick answer posts - intended to hit low competition long tail questions-based keyphrases
You should focus on quick answer posts to get your site established
These are easier to rank and builds up your domain's authority
Get a firm foundation going with these then start publishing lists / mid-tier content and, a bit later, resource level blog posts

If that's a new website, one article per week is recommended to get started. After a few months you can add more per week. If this is a seasoned up website, there's really no recommended number of articles. but consistency is an important thing to keep in mind.

Publishing one in-depth long-form piece of content per month gives you enough time to promote and grow your blog. Google doesn't care how often you publish.what is the minimum number of articles that it is advisable to publish in a week?

It's depend on your niche, Mostly blogger post 1 or 2 articles in a week.

It totally depends on you, your budget you can publish 1 - 100 just make sure they’re quality and unique, internal and external links linked
