Question about articles related to keywords

I have ~ 12 articles that are specific for keywords that I want to rank for, should I use my product domain and put them in /blog/keyword or get EDM like "how-to-earn-money-online.com" / "how-to-get-rich.com"? I'm planning on buying a SEO package for every keyword url
