Question about article spinning

When spinning an article how do you go about adding in your keywords and links to your site. What is the best practice.

Lets say I want to submit a spun article to some article databases and my keyword is "Android RPGs".

Would I put that exact keyword in my article or what I find similar variances of it and sprinkle it through out the article? Such as " Android, Android role playing games, android games"

And also, how do I probably add links in to my site in order to make it look natural? Do I just find a keyword and spin in link here and there?

It would depend upon the software program that you use for submissions, some allow you to replace randomly appearing keywords with your links.

If you are doing it manually, you may want to add it wherever you like by not spinning your main keyword or by using multiple, sensible keywords within your spin syntax as your anchors.

Sorry, I should have been a little more specific. What I wanted to know is how often should the keyword be brought up in an article you are going to submit. Lets say you have a long tailed keyword, something like "best stroller for sick toddler" would I literately put that into the article a bunch of times? or what I stick to words that are more general but still related?

use main keyword once and use generic keywords or raw url once with a long tail keywords once. That will do
