Question about article directories

This might have been posted before but I can't find anything on it with search.

Anyway I've been doing a lot of article directory submission... and there is a lot of them. I'm just wondering what is the top 10 directory that gives the must backlink juice. And yes I'm aware of the recent hit on Article directory on Google.

See, Ezine is considered as the most authoritative directory, but now it has turned into nofollow directory... So forget about backlinks from Ezine.

After the Panda hit, many directories are turning nofollow to improve their reputation in Google's eye.

I don't know where you're getting your info but I just check a few recent articles on ezine from many different category and I don't see any no follow tags.

And how would adding no follow tag help them with google. It's the quality of content google cares about.

There are lots of name in that list... I don't do it on regular basis but I can still remember few names like ezinearticles, articlesbase, goarticles, buzzle (lol my top 4 when I used to do article marketing)....
