Within the campaign, paused the ad and create a new ad and wait 48 hours. If still no go, then pause the campaign and create a new campaign.

Your campaigns are in freeze, it is better to wait for some time for 2-3 days, if nothing changes, then you can add 1-2 new ads and wait, if nothing changes, then pause the current campaign and create a new one
According to my experience in case of such a shadow ban, you need to contact the live chat support. They will ask simple questions about your business like phone number, website and so on. They can then lift the shadow ban and resubmit the ads to be manually checked by the ads team in India. If you don't do anything then there is a high risk that you will receive a ban for reasons like "suspicious payments" after 2-3 days.
My accounts arent Indian. Thats one of the worst geo's to use.
If you read I have already appealed and won the suspension hence the accounts being unlocked.
Or are you saying the account can be banned again in 2-3 days for suspicious payments again?

I don't mean the geo of your account. Their ad team that checks your ads for initial policy compliance is in India. You will notice such traffic when you publish an ad.
That you already won an appeal does not mean anything. There can still be a shadow ban due to other algorihtms that have been triggered. I had recently accounts where I won the appeal and the appealed ban was still there without any change. And also accounts where I won the appeal and after a couple of hours it was banned again for the same reason. Although account sellers claim it without giving proof, there is no tangible evidence that reinstated accounts are in any way stronger and less prone to suspensions.
Thanks for the info. I setup my black first and didnt age with white so they went to cirumventing.
Was a mistake of my own trying to launch black/grey right away
Sometimes from Ireland too. Some other times they will also send a quick visit or two from the geo that your campaign targets and/or the geo that the account is in.
