Question about API & Paypal

Hello guys,

Is it possible to use Paypal API to "receive gift/personnal payment" instead of live transaction with fees ?

If yes, how plz.

Atm i'm using paypal api but i have to pay fees on each transactions and i'm scared about being scam since i'm just a reseller. (i would have to refund something i dont even own)

Dont know if I reccommend using it since you are violating TOS and can get banned but there is a PayPal.me you can use.
Im sure there is not a way to trigger the API for a sale but through send as friends/family, you can request however.

i dont think they really care about it, i received for more than 100K € for boosting on world of warcraft 2017-2018 and they never asked me anything x)
