    7691 what? Clicks? Impressions? Uniques?

7k clicks on the blog page, or 7k clicks sent to Amazon?

Either way, low conversion means that:

    1) Your traffic is spam/ not targeted / unrelated to the product
    2) You are providing the wrong content / misleading your costumers
    3) The product isn't that good.

I suggest to take a close look into that. In the same time, put at least another ad of other product. That way you can compare the conversion of two (or more) products, and see what's better for you.

    Good luck!

Wow that does sound low. Might try EPN instead.

Wait, how are you getting 7.5k clicks in 5 days? Garbage traffic?

Put a tracker on the site and see what traffic you actually have.

It does sound like a bot....

An idea is to put some code that will compare an image being called by a browser during a pageview that a bot just wouldn't do. A 304 would definitely be a browser that has images cached. So if it retuns a 200 and the image is not called - likely a bot (or an old browser but very low % on that).
