Question about amazon and tax invoice.

Hello,

If I would like to buy a product from amazon using my company name in the invoice, so I can use it to deduct tax, is it possible ? Do I have to pay with the payment information that is in my company name ? But a company cannot have a credit card, how can I pay amazon with the billing address of my company ?

Just newly registered a company, any advice is appreciated.

If its company expense - I use company debit card / or paypal card (in companys name)

then at tax time - I make a note for accountant what the purchase item was - usually I photo-copy the bank statements and provide a spreadsheet with transaction explanation.

Thanks, so if I don't have credit card in my company name, I can't do it right ? And amazon doesn't accept paypal, so that means I can't get the tax invoice in my company name right ?

Why you didn't try to email to Amazon support? they have friendly support center and answer your question pretty fast with exact solution.
