I know that it is illegal to use Amazon aff page in a pop up (ppv), but my question is, is that ligal to display my blog (that have amazon aff links) in a pop up (ppv)? so my blog will be displayed and the user can click on amazon aff links to be redirected to amazon, is this legal for amazon?

You can do that, I think, without any problem. But the reason you shouldn't do this is that Pop up traffic won't convert. You will not get any sales from popup traffic. Try getting some good quality traffic for Amazon Affiliate Sales.

Popups convert with amazon, but they (amazon) don't like PPV traffic, so if people clicks on your links inside a popup window the user agent will give you away.

Sorry, but i didn't get your point, what do you mean?
I think when the user clicks a link in a pop up, the new link will be displayed as a new tab on the main browser page, not the pop up browser page, isn't it? and here, the user will click again on amazon links to go to amazon.
