you can use the links anywhere even if it's not on the same website you applied with, just make sure the website is always running and at least has some amazon links in it, so in case one day they do a manual check they find that you have them there and it's not a dead website

This is dangerous nonsensical information.
There is a setting in amazon affiliate that allow you to share the permitted website ONCE you enter it as an association in settings.
If you want to share links on social media you have to use the agreed short links on the front end of amazon, which are able to get shared, provided you also stipulate the information in a very visible place that you get paid affiliate commission for links.

are we talking what are the amazon rules or what you can actually do and working fine right now?
i use my amazon links literally everywhere with 100s of different domains and never had one single problem

nah no need to do any of that just one account one domain and put the links anywhere you want

Of course, you can promote Amazon products on multiple channels, but you need to abide by Amazon’s rules, including proper disclosure of affiliate identities and avoiding improper use of affiliate links.

one account use one domain to approve the account and when the account is approved you can use the links in any domain

Your mean if I have an amazon affiliate accounts with one domain, then I can put my Amazon affiliate link in any domain? shuld I put other domains in the amazon website list? thanks If i don't put the domain lists on the Amazon website lists and get sales from the domains, my amazon affiliate accounts will be banned?

You can promote Amazon on other channels, not just the website used during application, as long as you follow Amazon’s Affiliate Program policies. There may be restrictions, so review their guidelines carefully.
