Question about Amazon Affiliate Scheme

Hi everyone. I was just wondering: if someone goes to a specific product via one of my links (on a review site), will I only get the referral commission if they buy that one product, or does it also track other sales within that session?

Looked through the FAQs on Amazon and couldn't find an answer.
