Question about Amazon Affiliate program

Planning to start a review site and wanted to ask those who monetize their review sites with amazon affiliate program these 3 questions:

What is your average conversion rate?
Does conversion rate improve substantially during November/December? (black friday/cyber monday/christmas)
What is the average order value? (asking this only for those who run more general niche sites, not trying to find anybody's niches lol)

Very big conversion rate in comparison with everything else I would say. For sure during Black Friday all stats growing tremendously anyway. So you can really free yourself from everything. Average order value really depends from all other stats.

The average conversion rate depends. It could be anything between 1- and 100% - so many factors are there to be considered. Generally speaking though, a good conversion rate ranges between 30- 40%. But like i said, many factors influence this.

Yes of course, sales peak during the holiday season and then tumble down as the new year begins and people return to their normal chaos.

Order value? Again, this could be anything. It just depends on the value of the products you are promoting. Sometimes you'll even get paid for products that ypu dont promot simply because a visitor used your link but ended up buying something else.
