Question about Alibaba / Aliexpress

I have seen on their website contradicting sentences about seller fees. One said it was free to sell and ship on Alibaba, the other said their are seller fees associated with Aliexpress. I do not plan on using Escrow, so those fees do matter to me. It also says, "see the fee schedule." I cannot find a fee schedule, their is no simple contact information, only an automated chat thing. I thought I would ask here as many of you seem to have knowledge of Alibaba and Aliexpress. Can anyone help me find this fee schedule, or do they know first hand what the fees are for selling on those sites.

If you live outside China there's no way you could sell on Aliexpress.But on Alibaba you can sell for free and there are no listing fees.
